Description: This is the story of our battle with canine osteosarcoma (bone cancer) in our beloved Great Dane, Hal. Though we didn't get the results we had hoped for, we believe our story may help others to learn about the disease and to make a decision about their own pet. Though we are not medical personnel or experts in any way, we are available as support for others going through this ordeal. We also advocate adopting rescue dogs -- in our case, we didn't rescue a great dane, rather, he rescued us!
