Description: The W. D. Boyce Council provides Scouting opportunities to boys and girls over a majority of Central Illinois, from Lincoln to Ottawa, and Peoria to Bloomington. Our programs include Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Exploring and Venturing. The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. The aims of Scouting are character development, leadership development, citizenship training, and personal fitness.
