Description: Velo Club La Grange (VCLG) is one of California's largest and oldest cycling clubs with over 400 members nationwide. Founded by transplanted Frenchman, Raymond Fouquet in 1969. VCLG has been in continuous operation for over 50 years and is an institution in Los Angeles cycling.
